Fred Calculations Only
This is the first version of our Windows software and has been
in use at retail furniture stores since April, 1997. This is also
the most basic version of the software. Fred ‘98 is
the full featured version.
FRED is a software package designed primarily for retail furniture
stores, but usable by almost any business which does consumer
financing with installment payments. FRED calculates principal,
interest, insurance premium add-ons, payment amounts - all of
the details that go into making a consumer loan. When all of the
terms are satisfactory, FRED prints the finance contract and insurance
forms as well as other forms that may be set up for printing,
such as UCC forms and in-store forms.
