Installment Accounts Screens
These screens are available in English or Spanish
(click at top to change) and the complete information is retained
on file and may be viewed at any time.
Presentation Screen
Large and easy to read, this is the screen where
the basic details of the installment contract are presented to
the customer. Click on any of the boxes to add or remove insurance
and automatically recalculate everything. Change the Down Payment,
Term, or Payment Amount and everything is automatically recalculated.
Insurance / Fees Screen
This screen details the charges added for insurance
and the file / non-file insurance fee as well as a user definable
"other" charge. For those insurance companies allowing
it, you may even set the desired value of property insurance!
Enter the Insurance Contract Number for easier reporting of premiums
to the insurance company. Click any of the check boxes to add
or remove insurance and everything is automatically recalculated.
Amount Financed Screen
This screen breaks down the Deferred Price into its various components.
Make any changes on this screen and everything is automatically
recalculated.
Terms Screen
The terms screen allows you to review payments, length (term)
of contract, and other details of the installment finance contract
terms. Enter a desired TERM and the payments are recalculated;
enter a desired PAYMENT and the term is recalculated! Change the
APR and the contract is recalculated at the new rate.
Previous Balance Screen
This screen is for refinancing contracts which are not yet paid
off. You may manually enter the payoff terms or have the system
calculate the rebates for you. You may even automatically calculate
and payoff a contract already on the computer. Multiple contracts
may be paid off and added into the previous balance.
Account Information Screen
This screen will usually be referenced form the Customer Record
to review details of the account and its current status and history.
A 24 month Credit History is available, too. You can click to
view all payments made, the aging history, and even get a payoff
balance with a single click.
