Customer Database Screens

In addition to name and address information, you may store unlimited references (categorized; such as friend, relative, employer, etc.). In addition to a large memo area for each customer, you also may enter memos for each reference! A click to the Accounts and Merchandise folders allows quick access to all of a customer’s past business with you.  Using a special tag <<DIRECTIONS>> you may also store delivery directions for the customer which will, in turn, be printed out on all delivery tickets for that customer.
