Support is like insurance; you may not need it very often, but
when you need it, you need it badly and RIGHT NOW!

Support for Fred Software includes:
- All of the latest updates at no additional charge.
- Telephone support with any problems encountered
- Support is required for the programs to have full functionality
- All enhancements and additional functions we build into the
software go along free with the updates
- If you do not want to set up your own forms, we will do it
for you for a flat rate of $50.00 each
Support for TWP and IHMS software includes:
- Rapid response to fix any bugs that come up in your software
- The latest versions of the software
- Changes to forms you need to print will be made at a flat
rate of $50.00 per form
- Telephone support for any problems encountered
- Year 2000 updates! (except for form printing programs)
- We do not provide any support of any kind to any TWP or IHMS
software users who are not on the support plan - at any price.
- Free upgrades to comparable Fred Software
